1. Information we collect
In providing the App, we collect the following information.
- Information you enter or register: match records (results), decks, tags, notes, tournament information (participant names, match results, etc.), profile (display name, icon), and images you upload.
- Account information: a user identifier (UID) and, depending on the sign-in method, a phone number, email address, display name, etc. You can choose anonymous, phone number, Google, or Apple sign-in.
- Billing information: subscription status of paid plans and identifiers for purchase management, etc. (payment processing is handled by the Apple App Store / Google Play, and we do not collect payment information such as credit card numbers).
- Notification information: the device token used to deliver push notifications.
- Advertising and usage information: advertising identifiers, device information, usage status, etc. used for ad delivery and measurement (see Section 5).
- Logs and error information: technical information such as device name, OS version, and timestamp when an app issue occurs.
Among the information you enter, match records, decks, tags, and the like are stored in the cloud (Firebase) described below, as required by the App's functionality.
2. Purposes of use
We use the information we collect for the following purposes.
- To provide the App and deliver its features (recording and analyzing results, deck/tag management, sharing, tournaments, notifications, etc.).
- To authenticate and manage accounts, and to sync and back up data across devices.
- To provide paid plans and manage billing status.
- To maintain, operate, and troubleshoot the App, and to improve its quality and features.
- To create and display statistical, aggregated data that cannot identify individuals (e.g., nationwide aggregation of deck usage and win rates). Individuals cannot be identified from statistically aggregated data.
- For ad delivery and measurement (see Section 5).
- To respond to inquiries and send important notices.
- To respond to acts that violate the Terms of Use and to prevent improper use of the service.
3. Sharing and provision to third parties
To provide the App, we use the following external services. These services handle information in accordance with each provider's privacy policy. Except where required by law, we do not sell or provide your personal information to third parties without your consent.
| Service / provider | Main role |
|---|---|
| Firebase (Google LLC) | Cloud infrastructure such as authentication, database (Cloud Firestore), image storage (Cloud Storage), push notifications (Cloud Messaging), and server processing (Cloud Functions). |
| RevenueCat, Inc. | Management of paid-plan (subscription) status. |
| Apple App Store / Google Play | App distribution and billing/payment processing. |
| Google AdMob (Google LLC) | In-app ad delivery and measurement. |
These providers may be located overseas or may handle information overseas. For details on how each service handles information, please review each provider's privacy policy.
In addition, when you use sharing features (share groups, tournament features, etc.), the information you share or register (decks, tags, tournament participant names and match results, etc.) is made available for viewing and use by members of the share destination or the host and participants of the tournament. Please decide for yourself the scope of information you share (for details, see Terms of Use, Article 4).
4. Where data is stored and managed
In the App, your results, decks, tags, tournament information, profile, and the like are, in principle, stored in Firebase (Cloud Firestore), and uploaded images are stored in Cloud Storage. As a result, on an account linked via authentication, you can carry your data over even after changing devices. Some information is also stored on the device for operation.
5. Advertising, advertising identifiers & ATT
- The App delivers ads using Google AdMob. Ad providers may obtain advertising identifiers (such as IDFA on iOS and the Advertising ID on Android) and information about your device and usage for ad optimization and measurement.
- On iOS, we request permission based on App Tracking Transparency (ATT) before tracking. You may choose not to allow this.
-
How to limit ad personalization
iOS: "Settings" → "Privacy & Security" → "Tracking", and "Settings" → "Privacy & Security" → "Apple Advertising".
Android: from "Settings" → "Google" → "Ads", you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads.
6. Account closure & deletion of data
You can delete your account via the "Delete account" operation in the App. Upon closure, the user data linked to the account we manage is deleted. However, this does not apply to information that must be retained by law, or information that has been statistically aggregated into a state where individuals cannot be identified. Note that information already copied to other members through sharing features is left to the handling of each holder.
7. Requests for disclosure, correction, deletion, etc.
You may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, and the like with respect to your own personal information that we hold. Please contact the inquiry desk at the end of this Policy. After confirming that the request is from you, we will respond within a reasonable period in accordance with the law.
8. Children's privacy
We strive to protect children's privacy. We do not intentionally collect personal information from anyone under 13 without parental consent. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that information.
9. Security measures
We take reasonable and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of the information we collect and to otherwise manage its security. However, we cannot guarantee complete security in transmission over the Internet or in electronic storage methods.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may change this Policy in response to changes in laws or in the content of the service. The amended Policy takes effect from the time it is posted on this page. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by posting within the App or by other appropriate means.
